The Future of the Costa del Sol

The Costa del Sol is one of the most important tourist areas in Spain. Thanks to its privileged climate with more than 300 days of sunshine a year, dreamy beaches, exquisite cuisine and a great variety of culture, our coast receives more than 10 million tourists a year, but what will the Costa del Sol become in a future?

The Costa del Sol has a spectacular future thanks to its impressive tourism product. In addition, there has been a great improvement in infrastructures such as the highways, the AVE and the international airport, which have added a very important value to the area. To all this is added the capital, Malaga, whose cultural offer stands out as a reference in all the important publications. It is an example of the enjoyment of the cultural and gastronomic offer. There are other cities like our Marbella that continue to surprise us with tourism and luxury, and others like Estepona or Benahavís where more and more is being invested and built. Working in this line, the Costa del Sol has no competition.

To continue with this level of success, we simply have to continue innovating in all aspects, as we do in Sierra Blanca Estates, for example, with our Epic Marbella project, a pioneer in Spain for being the first allied construction and furnished by the luxury brand FENDI House.

Events such as Starlite Festival, Senior Tennis Master Cup, golf championships such as the Abu Dhabi tournament are also being held, which are benefiting and publicizing the Costa del Sol, attracting tourists or future residents from all over the world, and helping us to visualize a very positive future for the economy on the Costa del Sol. A future where quality will be prioritized over quantity.
